1950's Protools sound card needed a rub down- second hand smoke AKA the life of tobacco engineers in those days tormented this little guy- those days are over.......
I was fortunate to obtain a Rare 3 track reel to reel from: Jack Wiener's son. Jack was the engineer who built Chess Records studio 2120 S. Michigan Ave in Chicago. Late 1950's to Early 1960's.
He was in charge of the studio - which Jack was responsible for engineering the top of the top blues crews- Bo Diddley, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Drummer: Maurice White, Leonard Caston etc........... little did I know- in the bottom back of the 3 track cart are spliced tapes of sessions from the late 50's/Early 60's. Artifacts of the edited sessions that took place at Chess Records.............. for all you DJ's out there- you may want to consider this newly Valve mixer for some warm hifi sound-
